You see your finished site before you pay anything. Payments are taken securely by Stripe. No minimum term: cancel any time from your account page.
Leaving is straightforward
- No minimum term: cancel any time from your account page. Your site stays live until the end of what you've paid for.
- Payments already made aren't refunded.
- Your words, photos and logo are yours. If we registered your .co.uk for you, we'll transfer it to you on request if you leave.
- If your web address is looked after somewhere else, we'll help move it to you or your new provider for 30 days after you cancel.
- Find Us Online's platform, templates and code stay with us.
- Stand-in stock photos can't go with you. Your own photos can.
- Email forwarding stops once we no longer look after your web address.

Do I pay before I see the website?
No. We build it first and you see the finished preview. Payment only starts once you approve it — and we don't take card details before then. There's no setup fee and no build fee: one monthly price, everything included.
What happens to my email?
Nothing you use today gets disturbed. Your new address forwards into the inbox you already check, and we look at your existing email set-up before we make any changes to your web address.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes — send us the change in plain words, from your phone, and a real person sorts it. Updates are included in the monthly price.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. Simple edits — wording, photos, contact details, reviews — straight from your phone. No design tools to learn.
Is the web address mine?
It's yours to keep if you leave. We register it and look after it for you while you're with us. Your words, photos and logo are yours. If we registered your .co.uk for you, we'll transfer it to you on request if you leave.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term: cancel any time from your account page. Your site stays live until the end of what you've paid for, and the full terms are on our terms page and shown again at checkout.
What if I already have a website?
We build you a fresh one and you compare the two — nothing switches until you approve it. We can bring your photos and reviews across, and take over the web address you already have.
Do I need a Facebook page?
No. If you have one, we build from it, which gives us a head start. If not, a few details and some photos of your work are enough: your trade, the areas you cover and the services you offer. A logo, photos or reviews all help, but we can start without them.
How long does it take?
Your preview's usually ready within 3 days of signing up. Once you approve it, going live takes a few days more — we handle the technical bits carefully.
Will I show up on Google or ChatGPT?
Your site is built to be read by them: a clear page for every service you offer, set out the way search engines read it. We don't promise you more enquiries or a place on Google. Nobody honestly can.
