Do I pay before I see the website?
No. We build it first and you see the finished preview. Payment only starts once you approve it — and we don't take card details before then.
Is there a setup fee?
No — no setup fee, no build fee. One monthly price, everything included.
What happens to my email?
Nothing you use today gets disturbed. Your new address forwards into the inbox you already check, and we look at your existing email set-up before we make any changes to your web address.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes — send us the change in plain words, from your phone, and a real person sorts it. Updates are included in the monthly price.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. Simple edits — wording, photos, contact details, reviews — straight from your phone. No design tools to learn.
Is the web address mine?
Yes — your .co.uk web address is yours, and so is everything you give us: your words, your photos, your logo. We manage the address for you, and if you ever leave, we transfer it to you.
Is there a contract?
It's a 12-month business agreement from your first payment. After that you're free to cancel before it renews — we remind you about a month ahead. Your site stays live until the end of what you've paid for, and the full terms are on our terms page and shown again at checkout.
What if I already have a website?
We build you a fresh one and you compare the two — nothing switches until you approve it. We can bring your photos and reviews across, and take over the web address you already have.
How long does it take?
Your preview's usually ready within 3 days of signing up. Once you approve it, going live takes a few days more — we handle the technical bits carefully.
What do I need to provide?
The basics: your trade, the areas you cover and the services you offer. A logo, photos or a Facebook page all help — but we can start without them.
